Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. Hillsborough County intends to recommend the award of a noncompetitive procurement Getinge USA Sales, LLC., for a five (5) year period, at a total cost of $99,802.17, for ongoing and as needed purchases of autoclave parts, accessories, and equipment services required in order to maintain the environmental laboratory’s existing steam sterilizer, integrated boiler and two (2) glassware washers. This equipment is required for the laboratory to maintain their National Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Conference (NELAC) Institute, Total Network Inventory (TNI) Certification compliance through the Florida Department of Health. This procurement is being made in accordance with Section 3-205(2)(e) of the County’s Procurement Policy (February 1, 2025) as the particular equipment maintenance, services, parts, and warranties for equipment, is being provided by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), and is only reasonably available from Getinge USA Sales, LLC. The County reserves the right to extend the time period further, adjust the scope of services in response to changing conditions and updated requirements, and increase the resulting award accordingly.
