The Gwinnett County Department of Transportation Aviation Division (Airport) hereby requests Proposals for Consultant Demand Professional Services for the Airport. This submission will assist the Airport in selecting a firm to provide demand service support for the Airport in the implementation of its Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and State of Georgia funded capital projects and other airport programs. Required services may consist of aviation planning services, architectural/engineering services for airport development projects, and special services as delineated in FAA Advisory Circular 150/5100-14E Change 1. No minimum or maximum amount of work is guaranteed under this solicitation, and work will be procured on an “as-needed” basis. Because the selected firm will perform grant funded and non-grant funded work, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) requires that competing firms be advised of anticipated grant funded projects and the scope of services for these specific projects. A list of projects in the 2025 Gwinnett County Capital Improvements Program, Airport Renewal and Extension, for 2026 through 2030 is attached. The Airport needs sufficient information to determine that your firm is adequately staffed and capable of providing “as-needed” professional services for each of the following service categories: Aviation Planning Services (Section A) Architect/Engineering Services for Airport Development Projects (Section B) Special Services (Section C) Grant Management/General Support (Section D)
