• Mowing must be completed once per week. • The grass will be cut to a height of 3” to 3.5” (three to three and one-half inches). • Weed-eat around all structures, trees, and fence rows to include chain link, privacy or cable as needed. • All shoreline to be weed-eat as necessary to remove new saplings only in the park area. • All debris including branches, glass, paper, miscellaneous trash, etc., must be picked up before mowing. Do not mow over paper or other trash. • Vendor responsible for removing all grass clippings from sidewalks, curbs, patios, etc., where applicable. Clippings shall not be blown onto the street or sidewalk. • Blow/remove clippings from concrete dam drains in assigned area at Spring Park. • Empty trash receptacles at Snowdale and Spring Park upon completion of service. • Should weather occur producing soft ground too wet to mow, or grass growth slowed or stopped due to excessive heat, vendor will perform general maintenance of grounds, (removal of debris from grass and emptying trash receptacles) once per week. • Vendor must exercise utmost care and caution when performing services. • Vendor shall guarantee the reimbursement, repair or replacement and restoration of any damages caused by careless or accidental use of all machinery, equipment and related attachments in the performance of the work outlined in these bid documents.
