DHR Jefferson County-Bessemer location one-time installation for the exterior lighting of the building per the specification. • Installation of pre-supplied materials, including: o Replacement of non-functional lights on approximately 30-40 of the 58 green light poles. o Installation of replacement bulbs for 8-12 non-functional lights under the back docking area.• Cleanup of work areas after installation.Materials to be Installed: To be determined during the site visit. Additional Requirements:Installation locations and exact quantities will be determined during the site visit. Materials will be supplied by DHR Jefferson-Bessemer Co. Office.• Unit price shall cover: installation, ballast and bulb removal, and cleanup.• Debris, old ballasts, lamps, and bulbs shall be disposed of off-site. • Verify with POC that supplies are on-site before scheduling installation.• Quote shall include all costs, including trip charges, mileage, supplies, labor, permit fees (if applicable), lift trucks, and any additional amounts necessary to complete the work.• All vendors shall have a current license on file at the time of award and installation.• All work shall be completed in one trip and finished by March 7, 2025.Payment Terms:Net 30, paid in arrears after service completion. No invoicing prior to service completion.
