The purpose of this contract is to provide a walk-through Emergency Response Command Vehicle Per the Specifications, designed for emergency responses by the Special Response Team as a mobile command point. During the term of the Contract, the State reserves the right to add additional units, equipment, and/or accessories through a duly executed amendment. Pricing for subsequent Model Years or additional models may be mutually agreed upon and established through a fully executed amendment to the Contract. 1.1. The Contractor will be required to meet with DPS representative over the phone before the build begins to ensure clear understanding of specifications. 1.2. DPS will also require Contractor to give DPS representative updates during the build that include pictures and any concerns.
