SCOPE OF THE PROJECT Landscape Maintenance will consist of various locations of Village-owned property. Maintenance at each location varies and is outlined below. 1. At: Village Hall - 4000 N. Olcott Avenue (See Exhibit A, Map 1A) Veterans Memorial (including grass area on top of reservoir) - 4010 N. Olcott Avenue (See Exhibit A, Map 1A) Police Station - 4020 N. Olcott Avenue (See Exhibit A, Map 1A) Estelle Sieb Community Center (7774 W. Irving Park Road) (See Exhibit A, Map 1B) South end of Neva, South of Montrose, all the way to the dead end (See Exhibit A, Map 1C) Public Works Facility (8415 W. Foster Avenue) (See Exhibit A, Map 1D) April: • Spring clean-up, power rake / Core Aerate • Weekly grass cutting, edging, and trimming • Cultivate beds • Fertilize, pre-emergent May – October: • Weekly grass cutting, edging, and trimming • Spading beds (monthly) • Fertilize, weed control (twice) May/June and August/September • Shrub / evergreen, etc. trimming (when necessary to give a neat, clean look)...
