DOAS is seeking to procure a “supplier neutral” Managed Service Provider (hereinafter, “Supplier” or “MSP”) capable of providing a Vendor Management System (VMS) to manage a comprehensive supply base of Staffing Resource Providers (SRP) within the following categories: Clerical/Administrative-1; Financial/Professional-2; Information Technology (IT)-3; Light Industrial-4 and Medical-5 service industries to a broad demographic of state and local government users (detailed further in Attachment E – Program Requirements Document (PRD). As seen in the table below, for the purposes of this eRFP, these needs are hourly, and Information Technology (IT) only project based. The temporary staffing services have been separated into two (2) distinct classifications with subclassifications based on the type of service to be performed: (1) Staffing Services Hourly, (2) Staffing Services Project Based for IT services only or (3) Other Related Services. Accordingly, the State seeks proposals from suppliers that can provide a full range of services across all five (5) service categories listed above, throughout the entire state, while maximizing and improving the quality and the levels of service for Authorized Users. As technology and the needs of Authorized Users evolve and advance, the State reserves the right to add new categories/subclassifications that embrace any new technologies and/or operational requirements.
