Renovate/remodel restroom facility (both male and female) for ADA compliance at the Douglas Brown School. Construction includes, but is not limited to, demolition of walls, partitions, finishes, ceiling, flooring, doors, and doorframes from the existing restrooms. The total area is an estimated 450 square feet. Work encompasses structural, electrical, and plumbing services as described in the Engineered drawings and specifications. The contractor shall be responsible to confirm all measurements and existing conditions for bidding purposes and for providing all labor, materials, equipment, and all else necessary for the permitting and construction of the restroom facility including, plumbing, electrical work, concrete work, woodwork and roofing as necessary to complete to project per the plans, specifications and conditions.
