A. Ensure all tree service is performed according to the American National Standards Institute (ANSI Z133.1-2000 and A300-1995 or as amended) for safety in tree care operations. B. Provide all equipment and tools necessary to perform the work, including but not limited to, a loader to pick up and remove tree trunks and limbs, bucket truck, chipper, chain saws, trucks large enough to haul loads created by the debris, traffic control devices, shredders, ladders, stump grinder, and tree climbing equipment. C. Work continuously to complete the work once the vendor has begun or as determined by the Contract Administrator. D. Ensure that a crew is available on any day, at any time, day or night. E. Be able to respond to multiple requests for service. F. Keep and leave the work area clean while the service is provided and free of materials, debris, and vendor equipment to the satisfaction of the Contract Administrator. G. Blow off or sweep sidewalks and driveways upon completion. Remove all wood, brush, chips, and debris from the job site unless directed otherwise by the Contract Administrator. H. Handle material in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations, and take care to avoid obstructing roads, sidewalks, and lawns. I. Clean, repair, or replace any property damaged by the vendor during the performance of this service to the satisfaction of the Contract Administrator, at no additional cost. J. Restore any turf areas and grade that are damaged by vehicular or mechanical operations to an acceptable condition agreed upon with the Contract Administrator. K. Comply with local tree ordinances. L. Be aware that no additional monies will be paid for the usage of bucket trucks, disposal fees, or specialized equipment, other than the use of a crane. M. For standard tree removal operations and for clearing trees that have fallen in the road or right of way, these trees shall be removed in a manner that minimizes the amount of time a road, sidewalk, or driveway is obstructed.
