General Requirements • Objective: To repair and patch asphalt roadways, ensuring proper compaction of the subgrade to enhance durability and longevity. • Standards: All work shall comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including the latest standards for asphalt paving and subgrade compaction. • Timeframe: All work shall be complete by May 15, 2025; 2.
