Drainage System improvements including the demolition and replacement of existing concrete slabs, excavations, and enhancements to the subsurface drainage system according to the provided design, as well as improvements to the roofing drainage system for the buildings included in this project, all in accordance with the design and technical information provided for the development of this project. The Site of the Work includes property, easements, and designated work areas described in greater detail in the Contract Documents, Drainage improvements will be implemented on the North, West, and South buildings of the Spec Martin Stadium Memorial Complex, encompassing areas surrounding the existing structures. These improvements will be executed in accordance with the provided technical documentation.
