The scope of work will include, but not limited to the following: Grant Writing: 1) Site Analysis – Analyze the site area to be improved, to include, topographic issues, Right-of-Way issues, traffic analysis, etc. 2) Staff Input – Attend meeting(s) to gain staff input. Results of the meetings should be tabulated and used in the grant planning and application process. 3) Plan Narratives - Should include, but not be limited to: ▪ Identify the area deficiencies and how they can be corrected by access to the requested grant funds. ▪ Identify proposed developments. ▪ Estimate costs of proposed solutions 4) Reports – Should Include: ▪ A digital copy and three printed copies of the draft application and attachments prepared for review by City of Crestwood staff. The report should document the proposed improvements with appropriate text, drawings, and maps. ▪ After reviewing and comment on the draft application, three final printed applications should be prepared and a final digital application. The application should be produced in an 8½ X 11” format with maps and drawings (suitable for photocopying) in both a hard copy and digitally.
