The City Police Department needs to provide a covered parking area for the Department's eight parking spaces. All eight parking spaces, combined, are approximately 80 feet wide and each parking space is approximately 11 feet deep. The car cover/carport should be a freestanding structure secured to the concrete and constructed out of aluminum, or similar material. The structure should cover all eight (8) parking spaces and be at least ten (10) feet tall with a slanted roof. The roof should be constructed out of a semi-transparent material. Gutters and downspouts are required. The preferred color for the structure is brown. All potential adjustments will be mutually agreed upon by the City and the vendor. Submittals should include sufficient detail so that city staff can evaluate the proposed materials, and the overall construction of the structure including measurements.
