This bid will include, at minimum, installation of the following equipment: a. 73 flanged, low profile, 6 inch bases b. 70 addressable photoelectric smoke detectors c. 1 heat with fixed temperature heat detectors d. Vendor shall replace any detectors as required by fire code should inappropriate detectors be in place. All equipment must be compatible with Silent Knight 5808 panel. All equipment shall meet or exceed the following specifications: a. UL applications: 0.5% to 4.0% per foot obscuration b. ULC applications: 0.5% to 3.5% per foot obscuration c. Operating temperature range: 32°F to 122°F d. UL/ULC Listed Velocity Range: 0-4000 ft/min. (1219.2 m/min.) suitable for installation in ducts e. Relative humidity: 10% - 93% non-condensing f. Thermal Ratings: fixed-temperature set point 135°F (57°C), rate-of-rise detection 15°F (8.3C) per minute, high temperature heat 190°F (88°C) g. Voltage range: 15-32 volts DC peak h. Standby current (max. avg.): 200µA @ 24 VDC (one communication every 5 seconds with LED enabled) i. Max. current: 4.5mA @ 24 VDC (“ON”) j. System shall be recertified at completion of project. Certification of fire alarm system to be provided to the County.
