General Requirements: The contractor shall provide temporary medical professional services for any state agency within the State of Missouri, in accordance with the provisions and requirements stated herein and to the sole satisfaction of the state agency. For purposes of the contract, a state agency shall be defined as a division, section, bureau, office, program, board, regional/district office, etc., that exists within a department of Missouri State Government. For the purposes of this document, this shall also include the Judicial and Legislative branches of the State of Missouri. The contractor shall provide temporary medical professional services for one or more of the following personnel classifications if accepted and specified in the Notice of Award issued by the Division of Purchasing: Behavior Analyst. Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst. Certified Nursing Assistant. Dietician. Healthcare Practitioner. Health Information Technician. Licensed Practical Nurse. Occupational Therapist. Occupational Therapy Assistant. Physical Therapist. Physical Therapist Assistant. Psychologist. Quality Improvement Specialist. Registered Nurse. Registered Nurse Specialist/Supervisor. Speech-Language Pathologist. Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant. Support Care Professional. Psychiatrist. The contractor shall either provide the services directly or shall provide a person/personnel who must comply with the requirements stated herein. Therefore, references to “the contractor” throughout this document shall also be deemed to include the person/personnel provided by the contractor.
