Once identified as the preferred coach, the proposed scope of work includes: ● Assess the client’s needs and goals based on individual meetings with the client and joint meetings with the client and the sponsor. ● In conjunction with the client, define and determine actions to meet the goals. ● Determine with the client what success would look like for him or her. ● Provide clear written guidance/next steps to the coaching client. ● Document progress towards achieving the coaching client’s goals. ● Establish a schedule for periodic reports to the sponsor on the progress of each coaching client. ● Schedule routine coaching sessions in a timeframe and structure that respects the regular workload of the client and allows appropriate time for taking action towards goals.
