In general, the work consists of: Removal and disposal of the existing roof systems to the existing vapor retarder or structural decks. Alterations and temporary removal of the security fence / components will be necessary in various locations to accomplish work. Provide fully adhered 60-mil EPDM roof membrane above an adhered tapered polyisocyanurate over a self-adhered vapor retarder and perimeter sheet metal flashings. Provide prefinished metal wall panel rain screen components cover existing EIFS, including flashings around wall louvers, windows, and doors. Provided a pathway of concrete pavers throughout roof areas. The project will also address the demolition of the existing chimney down to the parapet. The secure facility requires coordination with Agency on a daily basis.
