Through the course of the contract, the Contractor shall provide: A. a web-based program, security and access. B. detailed instructions for the use of its web-based services online. C. services during the standard working hours of Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5 p.m. Local AZ time for professional advice. o All reports shall be completed without errors or omissions, typed, and received by City of Tucson Human Resources no later than 72 business hours (3 business days) Local AZ time after receipt of request for information. Contractor shall provide results to City of Tucson Human Resources by means of web-based access, or to the e-mail address of authorized personnel of City of Tucson Human Resources. D. instructions for Adverse Action and forms or templates. E. definitions of crimes, misdemeanors, felonies and infractions along with common punishment for these crimes. F. a list of definitions for acronyms, abbreviations, or any uncommon language contained in the background report. G. different access levels and multi-employee log-ins H. training on access levels to the system, organization of reports and how to read reports. I. all forms necessary to provide services including background release, disclosure, and search request forms. All forms provided shall have regular updates on them when legislation changes and be approved by the City prior to use. J. sample letters for use by the City including: o Examples for conditional job offers o Pre-Adverse action o Adverse action o Background Investigation Release o Job denial
