. Provide broad management services for DCR in the following categories of services for correctional facilities and departmental projects ranging from an estimated $25M- $350M (unless otherwise stated on the work order or purchase order): a. Category One: Pre-program, program, project, and construction management, strategic planning, agency-wide design standards and implementation. b. Category Two: General departmental/facility data and assessment services, preventive maintenance planning and implementation. c. Category Three: Procurement assistance and related services, including but not limited to development of RFP/RFQ documents, general conditions specification development, contractor/consultant selection process, contract negotiation. Project delivery method and financing determination assistance. d. Category Four: Project budget and schedule development, audits, budget and schedule control, estimating, cost modeling services, life cycle cost analysis, organizational development.
