At a minimum, Vendor shall provide and meet the following responsibilities: A. Vendor shall provide a single point of contact to administer the Agreement. B. Vendor shall maintain minimum qualifications as described herein for the term of Agreement. C. Vendor shall maintain water chemistry, pool deck, and pool-related equipment in compliance with all Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations ("Laws"), including but not limited to the State of Florida Department of Health Administrative Code 64E-9, Pinellas County Health Department, and OSHA regulations (as amended). D. Vendor shall perform all services in accordance with applicable Laws, including, but not limited to, Department of Health, EPA regulations, and OSHA regulations. Vendor’s work shall be executed professionally by qualified and certified personnel, using appropriate and calibrated equipment and diagnostic tools, in accordance with manufacturer specifications and the City’s standards. E. Vendor shall receive prior approval from the Aquatics Supervisor before shutting down any equipment. F. Vendor shall provide qualified, certified personnel skilled in pool maintenance, repair, and water chemistry. Vendor shall maintain an adequate number of such personnel for the duration of the Agreement. G. Vendor shall remove any incompetent or disorderly workers when directed by the City. The City may remove any previously accepted employee at its discretion. H. Vendor shall provide only stainless steel metal hardware (including but not limited to nuts, bolts, screws, tap cons, pipe hangers, and hooks). Diving board parts shall be compatible with Duraflex® diving boards per the manufacturer’s recommendations. I. Vendor shall ensure all equipment replacements are of equal or better quality than existing equipment. J. Vendor’s personnel shall dress appropriately to service the Agreement, following safety guidelines and local, state, and federal regulations. K. Vendor shall maintain off-site storage for all equipment and materials required to execute the Agreement. L. Vendor shall perform minor non-mechanical services, such as remarcite and minor crack repairs, as needed. M. Inspections: 1. Vendor shall coordinate the date and time for City staff to open facilities during the closed season. The inspection schedule will remain consistent once agreed upon. 2. Vendor shall submit the inspection form to the Aquatic Supervisor within 24 hours of the inspection. 3. Vendor shall ensure the following are completed during each inspection (unless otherwise specified): a. Chemical readings and recording results in the on-site Chemical Reading Log. b. Maintain pool chemistry levels within the specified range: i. Chlorine 1.0-3.0 ii. Calcium hardness 200-400 iii. pH 7.2-7.6 iv. Saturation index -.3 to +.3 v. Alkalinity 80-100 vi. Cyanuric acid Max 20 parts per million (PPM) c. Immediate reporting of any chemical irregularities to the Aquatic Supervisor. d. Coordinate any chemical requirements with on-site Pool Supervisor (such as adding calcium after patrons leave at night). e. Coordinate with on-site Pool Supervisor the scheduling of a monthly pool shock. f. Balance chemicals in conjunction with on-site Pool Supervisor. g. Clean all hair and lint strainers in surge tanks...
