The Project scope of work would include, but not be limited to, cleaning pipes by removing debris and other obstructions, conducting closed circuit television (CCTV) inspections, preparing the sewer interior for liner installation, replacing or rehabilitating existing maintenance hole (MH) frames and covers, installing temporary access structures, reinstating other sewers connections, and performing temporary trench resurfacing. Additionally, sewer bypassing, traffic control, and odor control will be implemented during construction. The Project would require excavation of six (6) access pits (15 feet wide by 30 feet long, and 10-20 feet in depth) to facilitate construction and nine (9) pits (approximate 8 feet by 8 feet) to upsize the MH frame and cover. It is anticipated that the repair of the sewer would be accomplished by a combination of cure-in-place (CIP), slip lining and/or manned entry methods.
