1.0 Description. The Federal Government is not participating in the cost of construction of this project. 1.1 This contract requires payment of the prevailing hourly rate of wages for each craft or type of worker required to execute the contract as determined by the Missouri Department of Labor and Industrial Relations. The current State Wage Rates can be found on the Missouri Department of Transportation web page at www.modot.org under "Doing Business with MoDOT”, “Contractor Resources” for the applicable bid opening. This supplemental bidding document has important legal consequences. It shall be conclusively presumed that they are in the bidder's possession, and they have been reviewed and used by the bidder in the preparation of any bid submitted on this project
