Scope of work: Furnish Labor, Equipment and Material to Provide Ready Mix Portland Cement all F.O.B. City of Hammond Locations as needed for the period July 01, 2025 through June 30, 2026. It is the intent of the City of Hammond to secure pricing on Ready-Mix Concrete for use by various City of Hammond Departments. Proposals prices shall remain in effect for a period of twelve (12) months. At the option of the City of Hammond and acceptance by the supplier, this contract may be extended for two (2) additional twelve (12) month periods at the same price, terms and conditions. Contract not to exceed thirty-six (36) months. Specifications: Orders shall be for individual items on an "as needed" basis. No quantities given or guaranteed. All proposal prices shall include any and all freight charges. All products are to be shipped F.O.B., freight prepaid, to various job sites located within the City of Hammond on an "as needed" basis. To provide Concrete as follows: • 3000psi • 4000psi • 4500psi • Flowable Fill Mix • Fiber • Hi-Early • Trip Charges (orders of less than (7) seven yards) per order • Additional Drop Charges
