1. Prepare and submit the Special Permit Application to the State along with any maps and additional correspondence. 2. Prepare an activity scope of proposed work and dates for each month to be submitted to the Londonderry Building department. 3. Survey wetlands, swamps, woodland pools, ditches, catch basins, storm drains and all the open bodies of water for larval and adult mosquito populations. 4. Prepare aerial GIS mapping of mosquito breeding habitats including red maple swamps, woodland pools, roadside ditches, catch basins. 5. Update aerial GIS mapping of mosquito breeding areas on a monthly basis. 6. Set traps, identify species & deliver to State lab for disease testing. 7. Apply control applications of larvicide catch basins, storm drains, wetlands, swamps, woodland pools, ditches, and all open bodies of water. 8. Contact land owners to get permission to complete larviciding. Create a “No Spray Registry” contact for those landowners who do not want their wetlands treated. 9. Spraying of schools, recreation fields and any other Town properties where the public gather if mosquito-borne disease is present. 10. Compose, distribute and record State mandated notices not limited to but including State law that requires notice to apiary (beekeeper) owners shall be notified of any pending spray operations via Certified Mail with a copy to the Town Building/Health Department.
