1.02 DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT A. Classroom Audio/Video Systems a. The contractor shall be responsible for the labor and installation of all classroom technology related equipment per specifications and drawings for both Central Elementary and Haverhill Elementary Sites b. The contractor shall be responsible for testing of classroom technology systems, using an agreed upon punch-list between the contractor and the owner. c. The extent of the work shall be be shown on the drawings and detailed in these specifications. d. Teacher desks are provided by the owners, and will be available on-site or at a neighboring location. Shipping of desks to the site is provided by others e. Equipment from Atlona, Epson, and Lightspeed Technologies are provided by the owner. Equipment will be stored at 8107 Mustang Drive, Portage, MI 49002. f. Contractor is responsible for determining and providing any/all cabling interconnects to systems as part of their bid as shown in drawings and specifications. B. Post installation documentation a. Each contractor shall provide post installation documentation as per the specifications. Shall include but not be limited to: i. Red-lined as-built drawings ii. As-built detailed connectivity of AV and Network Systems iii. As-built cable locations and cable labels at each location. iv. Mark all splice locations v. Update of all access control locations and equipment at each door vi. Camera locations and camera numbers. vii. Spreadsheet (hard copy and Excel file) for all network, Wireless, telephones and cameras detailing: 1. Mfg. Part number 2. IP Address 3. MAC Address 4. Device number (Camera #, Telephone # etc)
