Shelby County Commission (County) is seeking a web-based Automated Integrated Land Information System hosted in the cloud. The software must be able to interface with existing vendors. The Recording Department of the Probate Office, Shelby County, Alabama is seeking to potentially replace the existing electronic records and document management system (ERMDS) to best fit the present workflow within the Recoding Department of the Probate Office. Must be able to meet current practices of document handling, scanning, indexing, monetary collections and receipting, retrieval practices, verifying and e-filing options for recording clerks and the general public. This system should also provide extensive audit reporting to meet the current and future demands of Shelby County and its growing population. All records must be indexed according to specifications described in the Scope/Statement of Work and Requirements sections in this document.
