The Port of Seattle holds a quarterly luncheon to honor employees for safety recognition and length of service. The luncheons are typically held in January, April, July and October. Each luncheon is scheduled in advance for a weekday (Monday through Friday) from approximately 12:00 to 1:30 pm. Attendance at each luncheon is estimated to be 70 to 120 individuals. 3.1. Proposed venue shall be located approximately mid-way between Seattle-Tacoma International Airport and Downtown Seattle, centrally located between the Port’s main facilities (Pier 69: 2711 Alaskan Way, Seattle WA 98121 and SEA Airport: 17801 International Blvd, SeaTac, WA 98158). 3.2. Proposed space shall accommodate a buffet food service area, seated eating table space for 70-120 people and a speaker’s presentation area. Venue must be handicap accessible. 3.3. Luncheon Services shall include: 3.3.1. Venue/space rental for up to 120 people. 3.3.2. Wi-Fi as well as Audio/visual equipment and set-up (e.g. podium, handheld microphone, speaker system, camera to stream video, and audio). 3.3.3. Specialized equipment such as digital presentation projector and screen shall be available as required but not included in all-inclusive cost. 3.3.4.
