The City seeks Qualification Statements from Respondents that have expertise in the provision of various trades such as home improvement, plumbing, heating and air conditioning, electricity and other hone improvement trades licensed by the State of New Jersey. Respondents must be able to demonstrate that they have and will continue to have the capabilities to perform the Services. Respondents must be licensed by the State of New Jersey. a. No billing for travel time. b. Parts mark-up not grader than 10% c. Comply with prevailing wage requirements d. Maintain emergency cell phone numbers for Municipal Staff for contact. The term of the contract between the City and the successful Respondents will be until the funds are exhausted from the CDBG program. The City shall reserve the right to terminate the contact without cause on 30-days’ notice.
