The services to be provided will include, but not be limited to: 1. Attend monthly virtual meetings with the project team and OCD. Provide written updates for each Police Jury meeting and attend Police Jury meetings as requested. Meet with Parish representatives and drainage boards, where applicable, to develop the scope of improvement. Communicate regularly with project team members. 2. Complete field staking and provide surveying data as described in Attachment 2. 3. Provide geotechnical investigation as needed. 4. Provide draft project design plans and specifications to APPJ, OCD, and any other agency reviewing the project for consultation, and afterward, prepare final plans, specifications, and cost estimates. 5. Provide drainage calculations to show an assessment of the beneficial and adverse impacts upstream and downstream as well as any flood risk improvements. Assist with benefit-cost analysis (if required). 6. Complete permit applications and required supporting documentation. (Environmental record review is being performed by another firm, not part of this work scope). 7. Prepare the construction bid package in conformance with applicable federal requirements and supervise the bid advertising, tabulation, and award process, including preparing bid solicitation advertisements, conducting the bid opening, and issuing the notice to proceed. 8. Conduct a preconstruction conference with the prime contractor. 9. Conduct on-site supervision of construction work by providing qualified and experience Construction Resident Inspectors and prepare weekly inspection reports. 10. Review and approve all construction contractor requests for payment and submit approved requests to APPJ. 11. Provide reproducible deliverables and as-built plans to APPJ upon project completion. 12. Conduct final inspection(s) and testing.
