RC1 Pump Station Roof o Remove existing roof down to the deck. Replace/Repair bad decking as needed. o Detach/Reset lightning protection. o Install 1 layer of 2” Polyiso – loose laid. o Install Tapered ISO package ¼” per 1’. Install Crickets ½” per 1’. o Install 1 layer of 0.5” HD Polyiso – mechanically attached. o Install 60 mil TPO – fully adhered. o Remove/Replace all roof top accessories including pipe boots, pitch pans, vent stacks – factory made TPO accessories. o Heat weld all seams. o Install termination bar, counter-flashing. o Post install roof inspection. o Clean work area daily. o 20 Year manufacturers NDL warranty. o 5 Year craftsmanship warranty.
