The University of North Texas System (UNTS) is seeking a Project Management Consultant (PMC) who shall perform the Services as described herein as directed by and coordinated with the University of North Texas System (UNTS), Office of Strategic Infrastructure, Planning, and Construction (SIPC), including without limitation those listed below during the various phases of the Capital Improvements Program (CIP), and shall achieve the benchmarks and be responsible for the deliverables as set forth in this section and elsewhere in this document. It is understood that several of the Services will have to be provided on multiple occasions due to the multiple individual projects that make up the entire CIP. The PMC should identify specific activities that will be conducted or accomplished in the various phases of each project following approval of any given project.
