• Firm shall be able to aggregate data into excel and PDF reports as well as a dashboard. Dashboard must be cloud-based. The Dashboard should use variety of visualization types for data and ideally utilize City ArcGIS parking map. • Reports and dashboard should have the ability to be updated daily and have filters. • Data should be available by: o Hour o Day o Week o Month o Year o Variable date range as defined by the City • Data should be searchable by: o Zone (block face and other defined geospatial areas) o Time limit (10 Min, 30 Min, 2/4/All Day, 72 hours) o Location (e.g., 0 W Main) • Firm should compile: o LPR data o Permit data GIS data o Revenue data o Enforcement data • Firm should provide: o Supply and demand trends o Parking occupancy o Parking turnover o Rate increase/decrease recommendations when applicable o One time vs. returning users o Permit use/locations • Firm must: o Anonymize license plate number data and should not store or retain license plate numbers o Use current City data o Provide training on dashboard and report use o Clean and organize data to manipulate, analyze, report and understand trends
