• Create, implement, and oversee the DBE and ACDBE Goals, Methodology, Uniform Report and Short Fall Analysis Reports as required • Provide technical knowledge and expertise relating to all regulations regarding DBE, ACDBE, Title VI and ADA programs • Act as a liaison for when dealing with compliance issues involving the FAA and other governmental entities • Ensure DBE, ACDBE, Title VI, and ADA programs are in compliance with federal and/or regulations • Annual review of the Authority’s ACDBE & DBE Programs, standard operating procedures and forms to include updates as necessary based on changes in federal regulations, and/or organizational changes • Annual review of the Authority’s Small Business Enterprise Programs, standard operating procedures and forms to include updates as necessary, and/or organizational changes • Analyze MSCAA’s progress toward attainment of department goals (DBE, ACDBE, SBE, certifications, etc) and identify ways to improve progress. • Provide training for BDD and Authority staff as it relates to new and impending changes in legislation or federal regulations • Monitor and implement the Community Participation Plan as required • Aid with MSCAA annual report on DBE and ACDBE goals, accomplishments, and overall program • Assist with Disparity Study Process and its completion
