SAML SSO authentication utilizing existing Okta deployment. 3. Multifactor authentication utilizing existing Okta deployment. 4. Support for Windows based operating systems due to application requirements 5. HIPAA compliant encryption for end user communications. 6. Ability to restrict access and apply polices to end user groups. 7. Scalable deployment to host multiple applications on the same server or across several servers depending on application requirements. 8. Robust reporting options detailing application or server utilization. 3. Technology Requirement a. Windows 10/11, Mac OS, iOS, Android b. Hosting: On-site hosting in a VMware environment. Applications require a Windows-based environment. c. Configurability & Design: Scalable deployment to host multiple applications on the same server or across several servers, depending on application requirements. d. Integration: The solution will not be integrated with any MSU systems except single sign-on (SSO). e. Data Management: All data should be retained on-site in MSU data centers. f. Implementation, Testing, and Training: Online training acceptable. Remote support during implementation and testing is required. g. Maintenance and Support Services: 24/7 remote support (on call acceptable)
