2 Import eligible employee data from benefit source system to serve as the basis for interaction with MSU’s employees for all health coverages. 3 Import health claim and other relevant health data from applicable carriers/vendors in the MSU’s ecosystem (including but not limited to): 4 Analyze health data to identify gaps in care. 5 Communicate directly with MSU’s members to address gaps in care, reduce costs, and/or improve outcomes, via: 6 ▪ Paper (mail) 7 ▪ Phone 8 ▪ Text/SMS 9 ▪ Mobile application 10 ▪ Web messaging 11 ▪ Email 12 Single sign-on to/from any external service provider, including accepting or streaming demographic, health, enrollment and other data to personalize the experience. 13 Collect utilization data from external vendors in MSU’s ecosystem and use it to report impact to utilization of down-stream services from service provider’s digital experience or call center.
