The Contractor shall: 1.5.1 Provide a single point of contact who shall be responsible through the evaluation, testing, and shipment phases. The single point of contact shall be a representative from the Contractor’s fabrication facility. This person shall attend the prefabrication meeting (if required). 1.5.2 Pick up network protector at Austin Energy’s St. Elmo warehouse within 10 (ten) business days of notification by AE Contract Manager. 1.5.3 Communicate return date to Austin Energy within 15 (fifteen) business days of picking up the network protectors, breakers, or relay modules. 1.5.4 Quality 1.5.4.1 The network protector, breaker, and relay module shall be built to the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) specifications. 1.5.4.2 If requested by the City, the Contractor shall submit documentation of the quality plan in place for the overhaul and repair of the network protectors, breakers, and relay modules specified on the bid sheet.
