The Wholesale Supplier will provide the following necessary services and administrative support: Assumption of all responsibilities pursuant to ISO New England market rules and manuals as Load Asset Owner with Ownership Share of Load Assets created by the Administrative Services Provider specifically for the Program, where a percentage share of corresponding load obligations will be assigned to one or more wholesale energy suppliers as Asset Owners, such that the sum of the shares equals one hundred percent; Responsibility for the load obligation and associated ISO New England financial assurance obligations; Procure and manage renewable energy credits or other instruments necessary to meet its share of the Program’s Renewable and Alternative Energy Portfolio Standards, the Clean Energy Standard, and the Clean Peak Energy Standards; Pay to the Administrative Services Provider, as necessary, any alternative compliance payments.
