The scope of work for the project will include the removal and replacement of sections of concrete curbs, aprons, sidewalk and ADA ramps on W. Broad Street, Conklin Avenue, Jefferson Street and Second Street. The scope includes drainage improvements on W. Broad Street. The limits are as shown on the plans and will be marked in the field. The approximate scope of work for the Base Bid major items for this project includes the construction of approximately 610 LF concrete curb, 155 SY concrete sidewalk, 4-inch thick, 180 SY of concrete apron, 6-inch thick, and 16 SF of embedded detectable warning surfaces for handicapped ramps, 1 catch basin, 275 LF of 15 inch HDPE, together with topsoil and seed, traffic control and other associated work as shown on the plans for a complete, in place project.
