Austin Energy seeks to obtain a comprehensive assessment of the current state of facilities and logistics related to these facilities. This shall be done in two (2) phases. Phase one will consist of the evaluation of existing facilities and work assignments and phase two shall provide recommendations on the optimization of Austin Energy’s utilities network and future real estate needs. The Phase 1 assessment will include a baseline condition assessment, utilizing data from the AE VFA Facilities tool, for owned and leased facilities including dispatch locations, distribution centers, warehouses, office spaces, storefronts, payment centers, revenue measures and controls, and metering operations.
