The provision of materials, equipment, tools, and labor necessary for the completion of exterior cleaning shall be the sole responsibility of the successful Contractor. The successful Contractor and the entity requesting the service must mutually agree on when the cleaning will take place (i.e. holidays, weekends, semester breaks, etc.) The scope of work will include all of the University of Louisiana Systems’ (ULS) nine campuses, which are statewide. The exterior surfaces to be cleaned include the following typical areas: o Exterior walls o Windows o All entrances o Stadiums ; The entity requesting service must also request a minimum of 10,000 square feet of exterior surface of a building/structure (including windows) to be cleaned.
