4.1 Services will include but not limited to: 1. Verify all dimension prior to fabrication of materials. 2. Consult Architect for any foreseen errors of discrepancies 3. Prep site for the construction of the new Press Box 4. Construct new pole structure 5. Coordinate any proposed changes with Owners Representative and architect prior to construction. 6. Install new doors, windows and frames. Provide new hardware to include Panic Bar with cylinder, Keyed to match district keying system, Closer, and Continuous Hinge. 7. Install steel siding and roofing (color per owner) 8. Paint/stain any exposed wood finishes (color per owner) 9. Caulk all differential materials. 10. Paint Frame, HM Doors dark bronze to match district standards. 11. Pour concrete floor 12. Clean up and dispose of all materials remaining on site 13. Prep disturbed soil during construction and seed per Superintendents approval 14. Contractor shall include in their proposal a concrete landing pad outside of the storage room doors. Concrete pad shall be 4” thick x (Approximately) 3’-8” W x 11’-9” L. Concrete shall be 4,000 psi and include a fiberglass mesh laid at a slope of ¼” per foot away from the structure.
