•Demolish and remove all asphalt, concrete and fencing of courts in location where new courts are to be constructed. •Import 6” of rock, grade and compact, set forms, layout fence post locations, drill fence post holes, remove spoils, layout and install net post sleeves and center strap anchors, install 2 layers of 6 mil vapor barriers taping all seams. •Provide engineered posttension drawings, layout and installation perapproveddrawingsfor½”tensioningcablesineachdirectionprovided.•Prepcourtareasfor5”thickconcretew/12”reinforcedperimeterposttension slab. •Court to be placed with concrete pump and laser screed with approved4000 PSI concrete. •The concrete will be finished in accordance with USTA and ASBA standards ready to receive acrylic coatings. •Initial stressing of cables next day of placement final stressing after concrete meets minimum strength of posttension engineer. •Provide all post-tension stress and elongation reports. •Provide and install Douglass Premier Pickleball Posts. •Provide and install Douglas PN-30 Pickleball Nets
