3.1 A Contractor, who is not registered with the labor commission, as required by chapter 91c of the Iowa Code, shall not be given a contract to perform work for the State. When appropriate, specifications shall include requirements for the use of recovered materials and products. 3.3 Concrete Ready Mix shall meet current Iowa Department of Transportation specifications for roads. 3.4 The Concrete Ready Mix delivered under these specifications shall have a compressive strength of the specified PSI (pounds per square inch) listed on the commodity line. 3.5 All service must be completed Monday – Friday between 8:00 am CST and 5:00 pm CST.
