A. Contractor shall provide routine maintenance, preventative upkeep, emergency repairs, system upgrades, and new electrical installations across all airport facilities including terminals, runways, hangars, and support structures. Required Services will include: a. Troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems b. Lighting maintenance and replacement c. Power distribution panel maintenance d. Generator servicing e. Electrical system upgrades and modifications f. Compliance with FAA regulations and local electrical codes g. Maintaining, repairing, and upgrading circuit breakers h. Detecting problems before they cause unplanned downtime B. Contractor will provide a summary of items with respect to service and invoice cost associated with repairs on approved work order. C. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision pursuant to FAA safety regulations.
