A. Construction plans, specifications (project manual), cost estimates, bid package, and bid support services necessary for the successful completion of the project. Including but not limited to locations and depths of all pipes, structures, other utilities, surface features, right of way, easements, and any necessary easements or rights of entry from adjacent property owners. At minimum, plans will be presented at the following stages for City review and comment: a. Concept Plans (30%) b. Field/Utility Check Plans (60%) c. Office Check Plans (90%) d. Final Plans (100%) B. Construction Administration Services throughout the project C. Consultant shall provide all required documentation and support services for regulatory and other review agencies. D. As-Built Plans at the conclusion of each phase
