Site Grading 5.2.1 The County shall provide elevation datum, tower center, fencing corner post, and work limit stakes for location of the work shown and detailed on the attachments. 5.2.2 The Contractor shall be responsible for providing final clearing, grubbing, striping and disposal of topsoil, rough grading, excavation, backfill and final grading so as to facilitate drainage away from compound. The work limits shall extend five feet beyond the installed fence line and shall include prepared site access. 5.2.3 All material used shall be free of clay, rock stone larger than 3 inches in any dimensions, and debris, waste, frozen materials, vegetation or other deleterious matter. 5.2.4 Upon delivery of the initial site datum and staking by the County, the Contractor shall stake out and maintain the foundation locations for the tower, building, generator (if required) and propane tank, including construction offsets necessary to preserve the initial tower center and corner locations...
