The Delta Energy Plant (DEP) of the Lansing Board of Water and Light (BWL) is seeking proposals for Ammonia Injection Grid (AIG) and SCR testing and tuning services. The work will be performed on two identical HRSGs designed and built by Vogt Power. The plant is located at 3725 S. Canal Rd in Lansing, Michigan. The units are inside a building. The HRSGs are part of a combined cycle operation and can be tested independently or simultaneously. The BWL prefers that plant equipment and instrumentation, in conjunction with test equipment connected to the installed test sampling grid on the outlet of the SCR, be sufficient to perform the testing and tuning. Please provide details in the bid if utilizing any of the capped test ports is necessary. Access to the ports will require BWL to install costly scaffolding. Ports are not accessible by man lift due to floor obstructions.
