The appraisal shall be prepared in accordance with the current Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) by a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser. The appraisal shall be a Self-Contained Appraisal Report, as defined by USPAP Standards Rule 2-2. The report shall contain the following and in this order: A. Title Page 1. Name of property owner. 2.
