Description of Services to be provided: The Vendor shall provide the labor, parts, and materials required to remove existing equipment (2 steam jacketed kettles) and install the new equipment listed on #1. The Vendor shall remove the existing equipment (2 kettles) in a manner that the units can be reused and relocated to an area specified by School. The Vendor shall remove and cap off the existing steam lines to the kettles. The Vendor shall remove existing water supply from kettles and install new water supply in locations necessary for new equipment listed in #1. The Vendor shall verify that all plumbing connections comply with applicable local, state, and national plumbing codes, including any applicable health department codes.
