The work will be performed at the SRPMIC ALA High School at 4827 N. Country Club Dr. Contractor will provide all labor and materials to produce a new track at a level suitable for High School competition. Responsibilities will include: • Provide drawings and obtain permits for all work. • Complete all submittals and provide evidence that all long lead items have been ordered prior to commencing site work. • Provide a comprehensive schedule including details regarding special inspections and deferred submittals. All subcontractors’ representatives are to sign off on the schedule. Provide copies to SRPMIC P.M. • Restrict access to work area. • Remove existing track and base and dispose of at approved SRPMIC location. • Source base materials through SRPMIC affiliated vendors where possible. • Prepare base and build new track with appropriate materials. • The site must be kept clean and orderly. • Job site Rules to be posted on site by the G.C. will include: 1. Proof Cultural Sensitivity training will be carried by all personnel on site and produced upon request by PW. In addition to the training everyone involved in any earth work needs to read and sign the RER digging cues sheet prior to beginning work on site. 2. Safety shoes, vests or high visibility shirts, hard hats and long pants are required. Safety glasses, hearing protection, and dust masks when required by conditions. 3. No loud music, no music at all when restricted by P.M. or Superintendent. 4. Every trade will have a foreman who speaks fluent English on site whenever that sub has staff on site. No exceptions.
